Services
Concept Design
Working with you to get a thorough understanding of you and your business needs, we will create a unique and practical concept that allows you to stand out from the crowd and create a customer experience that is memorable.
Documentation
Tiny Giant will produce detailed tender and construction drawings & specifications that allow a builder to build the concept you signed off on and not cut corners. Our drawings will include plans, elevations, details, kitchen drawings, services drawings and material / furniture selections. We work with a number of specialist consultants who we coordinate with on finalising.
Approvals & Regulations
We can look after all the DA / CC / CDC approvals with council and certifiers. We will, of course, ensure that all design meets with compliance and national regulations.
